Refund policy

Payment must be made upon ordering through all channels (i.e. ordering through website, Etsy, via Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).

Once your design is complete you will be sent a proof for you to approve.

Once you have approved the proofs of your digital design and the design has been emailed to the email address you have supplied at time of ordering, you will be ineligible to receive a refund.

You may receive a refund PRIOR to you (customer) approving your design. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
