Shipping policy

All our items are Digital (with the exception of the Letters from Santa) meaning that they will be emailed to you once your design is complete and you approve all changes. All items will be emailed to the email address that is provided at point of sale.

If you are wanting a physical product, meaning Maz Kreations designs, prints and posts to you, you are required to pay for the cost of printing and postage which will be determined based on your postcode. Maz Kreations makes no profit on printing and postage, you will be charged what it costs us to print and post.
